Dear Members of the Loudoun County School Board, I am one of the more than 1,300 residents who have submitted written testimony in support of protecting our community. More than 1,800 people attended the public hearing. Over 600 households registered to comment. This is not a small group of voices — this is an entire community, united. What are we protecting? The trails our kids walk to school every day. The land where sports teams practice and compete. The green space where families gather, where neighbors meet on evening walks, where teachers bring students outdoors. This is where our community lives its life. People chose this neighborhood because of this land, and we have maintained and preserved it for years — because we understood that this is what it was for. We did not do all of that for it to be ripped apart to serve data centers. And now our HOA is putting action behind those voices. Loudoun Valley Estates is donating Parcel L — approximately 12.74 acres of green space along Broad Run — to Loudoun County Public Schools. Permanently preserved under a conservation easement. For educational, recreational, and open-space use. With LVE retaining maintenance responsibility so the School Board takes title without additional burden. We are not just asking others to help. We are doing something ourselves. We are proud of this donation, and we are asking you to accept it. This community has shown up in extraordinary numbers. We are showing up again now — not just with words, but with land. Please stand with us. Respectfully, [Your Name] Loudoun Valley Estates Resident
